How it works:

• Call 508-771-7940, email or text 508-737-3408 and we will return your call within 1 hour.
• If remote access to your machine is needed we will send an email with instructions for adding your machine to our remote access account.
• Rates are a minimum of $75 with an additional $25  per 15 minute increment* and results are within minutes instead of hours or days!

*Most problems are resolved with the first 30 minutes. Should we need to dispatch to your site, remote support charges will be waived in lieu of onsite charges.
